Our Beginning
Facts Analytics and Research (FARCTS) was established in 2010 as a knowledge-based firm providing short and long-term solutions in economic statistics, market research, governance, politics, social research, elections, justice, environments, capacity building, and policy formulation in Somalia and the Horn of Africa.
Since our establishment, FARCTS has conducted several large-scale research projects and published reports that have informed, educated, and influenced public opinion as well as policy makers in the Somalia government and international community.
Amid increased need for evidence-based planning, design, and implementation for the post-transitional development programming in Somalia, FARCTS has provided statistical consulting and program evaluation to its clients, becoming a trusted partner for governments, funding agencies, and private operators across a wide variety of industries.
Our Journey
2010
FARCTS was established in Mogadishu, Somalia, with a vision to provide knowledge-based solutions to challenges in the region.
2010-2015
Expanded our services to include statistical analysis, social research, and capacity building across Somalia.
2015-Present
Developed partnerships with major international organizations, trained over 250 field monitors, and conducted more than 40,000 household surveys.

Our Commitment
Over the years, FARCTS has cultivated partnerships and credible networks across Somalia including areas where no prior, reliable, and sufficient data was collected due to accessibility issues. Through strategic collaborations with local institutions of higher learning, the FARCTS team has trained more than 75 local university graduates and students that we deploy when conducting research across the country.
We maintain a healthy relationship with grassroots communities, partner institutions, and local authorities across the Federal Republic of Somalia through constant engagement with beneficiaries and key actors in and around project implementation sites.
