FARCTS clientele base includes the African Development Bank, IOM, FAO, CARE international and Federal Government Ministries

within the Federal Republic of Somalia. FARCTS has successfully delivered numerous assignments for its clients in Somalia since 2010. The proposed team has experience in working and delivering project monitoring, evaluation, assessment, research, organizational development for International NGOs engaged in development and humanitarian activities in Somalia. The following are consultancies accomplished by the proposed team that are closely related to this consultancy assignment by project activity and or location.

Our Key personnel’s capacity

FACTS ANALYTICS AND RESEARCH has at its disposal a team of highly qualified resident experts as well as a pool of part-time technical consultants within and outside Somalia. While the international technical consultants provide general guidelines and assist in developing appropriate data collection methodologies and tools, the locally based team are well informed, providing contextualized analysis bridging any gaps between what is theoretically plausible and what is empirically doable. We have also trained 50 part-time enumerators based in every region of Somalia. The enumerators come in handy when collecting primary data. Our teams are stationed at Banadir Region, Somaliland, Puntland, Jubaland, Galmudug, Southwest, Hirshabelle and Nairobi to deliver quality data. Besides, the proposed consultants are composed of trained and experienced technical team composed of economic and social experts.

Our proposed team are well experienced, skilled in Statistics, evaluation, research, data management (online /paper), project management and providing advisories. In addition, our consultants are well versed with current and past socio-economic-political, security and cultural dynamics of Somalia and have more than 12 years of humanitarian and development experience in Somalia. Subject to client’s needs as well as the changing scope of work, we often scale up our staff and consultants to meet the demands of the clients.
